Casa Manresa: Fragments of an 18th Century Food Culture – Dr Noel Buttigieg

Dr Noel Buttigieg is a food historian and lecturer at the Institute for Tourism, Travel & Culture of the University of Malta. He has served on the MHS committee since 2010, holding the position of Honorary Secretary between 2014 and 2018. He co-organized various MHS History Awards and History Weeks. He has also co-edited various Proceedings of History Week.
